SEARCH HEALTHCARE FACILITIES DETAILS MADE EASY
Information like the operating business hours, address, contact details, practicing physicians details and which physician is on duty are made available to the public.

APPOINTMENTS MADE EASY
Patients can self manage their doctors appointment via aiCare, appointments can be made, rescheduled or cancelled easily and as soon as any appointment is made and confirmed by the participating healthcare provider, aiCare will remind patients in advance of the scheduled appointments.

SELF-REGISTRATION AND SINGLE CHECK-IN TO ANY PARTICIPATING HEALTHCARE FACILITIES
Patients can enroll themselves into the aiCare platform with a simple self-registration process.
As long as a patient is registered, he/she can easily check-in to any participating healthcare facility via a security QR Code and the patient’s electronic records would be accessible or reviewed instantaneously upon medical consultation by the doctor/physician.

QUEUEING UP FOR CONSULTATION, MADE STRESS-FREE
When seeking for consultant, patients can manage his/her time and decide when to physically check-in to the facility by monitoring the real time queue information.
Upon check-in, an electronic ticket will be issued through the application and will further alert patients when it is almost time for his/her turn to seek medical consultation.

SAFER WITH MEDICAL RECORDS ON-THE-GO
Patients historical electronic medical records, various laboratory/radiology reports, ultrasound images/videos, medical certificates, time-off slips, referral letters, etc. may be stored in aiCare. Patients can manage their medical records or other documents and have the option to share the relevant records with their doctors through self manageable privacy setting. With this feature of having electronic medical records all stored in one app, patients can now visit any participating Healthcare facility(ies) without the need to carry physical documents while seeking further treatment and thence obtain more accurate diagnosis.

PRESCRIPTION AND MEDICAL ORDERS MANAGEMENT
Prescriptions and medical orders by the doctor may be monitored through aiCare. aiCare will send auto-alerts to notify the patient when it is time to take the next dose of medication. This will assist patients with timely medication intake for a more speedy & swifter recovery process.

VITAL SIGNS MANAGEMENT
Patients have the option to record their vital signs (such as body temperature, blood pressure, pulse/heart rate, respiratory rate and blood sugar levels) and aiCare will indicate whether the bodys vital parameters being measured are within the normal, border-line or alarming ranges to ease the monitoring and sharing of these vitals with the Healthcare Provider so that deteriorating vital signs may trigger early detection and treated promptly to prevent adverse outcomes.

ONLINE CONSULTATIONS WITH THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER/DOCTORS
With online chat, patients can directly seek further advice or confirmations from their healthcare provider/doctors in the event of any contraindications or complications from medical treatments.

BRIDGING CARETAKERS WITH DEPENDENTS
Via Caretaker function, patients have the option to perform over the counter link-up with their dependants(e.g. Spouse, child/children, parent/s and/or relatives) who are also existing registered users of the same eco-system. Once the link-up connection is established, the Caretaker can easily view the medical records of the dependants as and when necessary, manage appointments and/or administer medication intake of its dependants.
